We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item you are returning is faulty.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item, please enclose a letter with the item, in its original packaging, stating the reason for return. Please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:

If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.
Complaints
We are proud of our exceptional reputation for customer service and satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our products or service, please email us or call us on 01234 355149. We aim to respond to any complaint within 48 hours, and in most cases will do so the same day. In general, issues can be resolved quickly over the telephone.
Order processing
Subject to stock availability, orders received before mid-day will be dispatched the same day, while orders received after that time will be dispatched the following day. We use a national carrier for all deliveries on a standard 3 - 5 working day basis. Please remember to specify if you would like your order delivered to your registered address or to an alternative site address.
We always strive to deliver your goods on time, but we cannot guarantee this and cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.
Data protection
We will not share your email address or contact details with any other company. You will not receive any promotional emails from us unless you have specifically requested to do so. All dimensions quoted on this website are approximate. Please note that we have tried to ensure that all colours are as close to the finished products as possible, but that some slight variation may occur.
Guarantees
Unless stated otherwise, all products carry a 10-year guarantee from the manufacturer. We also offer a 10-year guarantee on all installations. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone can receive and sign for your order. Please check your goods carefully when they are delivered. When you sign the delivery note, you are accepting the goods in the condition they arrived in, and we are unable to exchange damaged goods or replace missing parts unless the damage or shortfall is clearly stated on the delivery note.
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch without charge. If you wish to return an item, you may do so at your own cost. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days. Goods may only be returned in the same condition as delivered; cellophane protection should not be removed and goods should not be cut or drilled. Boxed items must be returned complete, not part used. Items returned after seven days will incur a 25% handling charge.
