Shipping information

Where we have items in stock, we aim to process and despatch orders within one working day of receipt. In many cases, orders for stock items received before mid-day will be processed and despatched the same day. We despatch all items by carrier on a standard 3 to 5 working day service. Our delivery charges start at £9.99 plus VAT for the majority of the country but rates do increase for far reaches of the UK, Highlands & Off shore addresses. This delivery charge will be applied to your order prior to completing the check-out procedure.

Where an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone can receive and sign for your order.  Please check your goods carefully when they are delivered. When you sign the delivery note, you are accepting the goods in the condition they arrived in, and we are unable to exchange damaged goods or replace missing parts unless the damage or shortfall is clearly stated on the delivery note.
